1. Information We Collect
When you use Lattix Network, we collect minimal information necessary to provide the service:
- Account Information: Username and hashed password when you register on the web panel.
- Network Metadata: Network IDs, node addresses, and membership records needed to coordinate peer connections.
- Connection Logs: Timestamps and IP addresses of relay connections, retained for 7 days for troubleshooting.
2. Information We Do NOT Collect
Lattix Network is designed with privacy at its core:
- Traffic Content: All peer-to-peer traffic is end-to-end encrypted. We cannot read, inspect, or store your data.
- Browsing History: We do not monitor, log, or analyze what you do on your private network.
- Personal Data: We do not require real names, email addresses, or phone numbers to use the service.
3. How We Use Your Information
The information we collect is used exclusively to:
- Authenticate your access to the web management panel
- Coordinate peer discovery and NAT traversal
- Route traffic through relay servers when direct P2P connections cannot be established
- Diagnose and fix service issues
4. Data Storage & Security
All data is stored in encrypted databases. Passwords are hashed using Argon2id. If you self-host the coordination server, all data remains entirely on your infrastructure — we have zero access.
5. Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. We do not use analytics trackers, advertising networks, or data brokers.
6. Your Rights
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time through the web panel. Upon account deletion, all network memberships, certificates, and connection logs are permanently removed.
